Rip Van Bush

Has Rip Van Bush woken from his long nap? Does he know there's still a conflict going on in Iraq? I'm sure he knows nothing about wiretapping or anything else also. It's not like he's the President or anything...one wonders what he knows if he claims as he did (and it's videotaped), that the government was ready to address the disaster fall-out from Katrina. I'm scared to think what a state of unreadiness would be like. Perhaps this?
